New expansion of a six-acre premier waterfront destination with new docks, 140 wet slips, an 80,000-sf high and dry storage, three 11,000 combined sf marina facility buildings for retail shops, repair center, ship store, 90-room hotel, resort-style pool, a 12,000-sf restaurant, and a 1,500-foot seawall around the entire perimeter of the marina.
