WDC Launch
Whole Development Corporation started in Florida to revamp the construction industry. Our focus is to provide remarkable services for commercial shopping centers. WDC's First Two Strip Centers Designed and Built
Whole Development successfully completes its first two exceptional design-build strip malls, showcasing our unparalleled expertise in delivering state-of-the-art commercial developments that cater to the needs of modern consumers.

WDC Completes its 10th Strip Mall
Whole Development proudly completes its tenth design-build strip center, marking yet another milestone in our commitment to delivering exceptional commercial properties that stand the test of time.
2016
Reload Indoor Shooting Range
Whole Development constructed the Reload Indoor Shooting Range, a top-notch indoor shooting range, retail store, and training facility in Tarpon Springs, Florida. Reload ranks among the five largest indoor ranges in the country, boasting 45 shooting lanes, including 7 lanes that are 100 yards long and can handle up to 50 BMG. Moreover, each lane features a high-speed digital target retrieval system, a cutting-edge ventilation system, and nine tactical lanes equipped with a computerized target turning system for advanced tactical training.
2016
Tierra Verde Marina
Whole Development performed a multi-million dollar renovation of Tierra Verde Marina which included expanding the existing 177 'high & dry' boat slips to 208 berth and constructing three marina facility out-buildings totaling over 10,000 SF, a 12,000 SF restaurant, and rebuilt the seawall. Additionally, during the renovation, Whole Development constructed a commercial pool for a future 'Botel' (boat in hotel) which was developed by a subsequent owner.

We have successfully brought The Shoppes at Ballantrae Village to life through our unwavering dedication to innovative construction techniques and exceptional tenant build-outs. Our team's unwavering persistence and precision were critical in making this thriving retail center a beacon of inspiration for the community.

Chargebacks911 with a "Google Lifestyle" Build-Out
Whole Development completed its first-ever million-dollar tenant build-out for Chargebacks911. The design focused on creating a Google-inspired lifestyle feel. The build-out covered an entire floor of a multi-story office building and featured a full gymnasium, a relaxation pub for employees, glass-enclosed offices, and conference rooms. Additionally, it included a large conference room with stadium seating.

Turnkey Urgent Care Facility
Whole Development successfully completed a comprehensive design-build project that involved the construction of a multifaceted building, including a completely turn-key and state-of-the-art urgent care facility. This project was executed with exceptional precision and care, and resulted in a facility that exceeded all expectations. Our team worked tirelessly to bring this project to fruition, and the final result was a stunning testament to our expertise and dedication to excellence.

New 11,500 sqft Retail Center Built
